In between all the chatting, there was time to fit in a visit to the duck pond with her friends.
The brilliant weather is continuing, and although very hot in the sun it's a very dry heat of late and is easily escaped indoors or under the umbrella with good book and an iced beverage.
Which I've not done, but quite can fantasize.
Most popular words this week include one two three jump! Or should I say 'waa toooo thee dump!'
Here she is waa toooo thee dumping with pop. However I'm not sure who's enjoying themselves the most!

It may not look like it but Miss M has just had a bath in the below photo, however her water paints were still out and thought if only she painted herself in camouflage then she wouldn't be easily seen and thus the parents would not make her go to bed.

As mentioned earlier, the weather has been more than kind this summer, and on the hot days one just needs to stand in front of the fan to cool off.

It was too warm for Miss M to settle early tonight, and now at 9.15, she is finally tucked up asleep, so it's time for her mum & dad to have a cuppa, put the chickens to bed, and put themselves to bed!
The chickens by the way are doing swell, producing an egg each most days. Certainly not needed to buy any eggs since we got them.
